At Scrutiny Agency we offer free consultations, this can include just a conversation about marketing or a detailed audit. We really want to get to know your business and your goals, once we understand your business we can make suggests on how to grow through marketing services.

Can I get a marketing audit of my current marketing program?

At Scrutiny Agency we are happy to offer an audit of your current marketing program to give you a sense if your current efforts align with our company benchmarks. We don't encourage bashing other companies and will offer non-bias views from our 20 years of industry experience.

Can I move my Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Accounts to a new agency?

We always encourage clients to view their Google Ads, Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta ad account, Social Pages and related as business assets. As a business you should always have not only access but ownership of these assets and have the ability to move or transfer them to another agency. Clients that join Scrutiny Agency can move or get new assets created and always have ownership.

My Search Agency wants to charge to move my ad account, do you do this?

At Scrutiny Agency we do not charge to move search or other ad accounts nor do we hold them hostage like some other firms. Ad accounts are a business asset that you will have access to transfer and own, even if we created it on your behalf.

Do you use overseas hires for marketing programs or employees?

We run our marketing programs with high skilled employees based in Canada and North America. We do not hire cheap labour and prioritize hiring professionals with years of experience vs junior staff. Should we engage with an expert overseas it would be at an appropriate pay based on skill and not in effort to have cheap or unqualified labour.

Will I get the same marketing contact or moved around after signing on?

At Scrutiny Agency we strongly value consistency and consistent lines of communication. You will always have a steady and consistent contact at our agency for your marketing program. Additional team members may join conversations when your program runs in channels they have expertise in. We do not believe in moving people around all the time or selling you an agency face that disappears after you sign on.
